I Love Real Estate.

It all started when…

I moved to Austin in 1980 and into an apartment complex my father owned in Central Austin while our ‘new’ old house in Rollingwood was being remodeled. As a child, I would accompany my father on monthly visits to collect rent and meet with repairmen at that apartment complex, and would eventually live there for several years in college while at UT. My father instilled the importance of real estate as an investment in my early years.

Real estate is an investment

When I help a client with a real estate sale or purchase whether residential or investment, a sound financial decision is my priority. It starts with an understanding of my client’s financial goals, developing a plan to market or search, and measuring the results throughout the process. In the end, analyzing the data of an investment—a task many realtors don’t know how to do—is critical prior to completing the transaction.

Education is a priority

I am self-motivated to learn, improve and grow. During 2020, I earned 130 hours of continuing education real estate credits including designations: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD). The Texas Real Estate Commission requires agents to earn 18 hours every two years. Through a commitment to continued education, I am thoroughly prepared to manage my clients’ needs in complex transactions.
